Most beginners start with the 10–20 lb bands for upper body and 30–40 lb for lower body. Because FT bands stack on shared carabiners, the Complete Training System covers you from rehab-light to a 150 lb combined load as you progress.

Yes — that is the point of the system. Clip any combination of the 10, 20, 30, 40 and 50 lb bands onto one handle or strap for up to 150 lb of resistance.

Keep bands away from direct sunlight and sharp surfaces, wipe them with a damp cloth (no solvents), and inspect near the clips before heavy sessions. Anchor on smooth edges — the door anchor foam roller exists for exactly this.

Every FT Bands product carries a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If a band, clip or handle fails under normal training, we replace it — just message us a photo and your order number.
